Eat sushi authentically! Have these exquisite rectangular plates on your dining table and impress your friends. Goes excellently with the Lanai Chopping Board or Santa Cruz Chopping Board and base. Unlike most other hardwoods, Bamboo absorbs very little moisture and consequently does not shrink or swell as much, making it a superior choice of material for plates. It is 16% harder than maple which means less visible marks keeping the plates looking brand new for years to come. We recommend washing with a mild detergent in warm water and periodically wiping with mineral oil to bring out the beautiful grain of the bamboo. We don't recommend using a dishwasher.
